Refund policy

Returns


Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as sale items, gift cards, and personalized or customized products. Please check the product description for return eligibility.


Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.


Refunds


Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a refund, depending on availability.
