Refund policy

Returns
• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as sale items, gift cards, and personalized or customized products. Please check the product description for return eligibility.
Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
Refunds
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
